We The Studios takes its name from the documents this country was founded on — We the People — because that's the whole idea: ordinary people and their stories matter. It was founded by Curtis and Cara Leopardo, husband and wife, who left Hollywood to raise their four kids and went looking for shows the family could actually watch together. They kept coming up empty. Nobody was making TV for families anymore. So they did.
