Why the We The Studios Founders Created a New Platform
We The Studios founders Cara and Curtis Leopardo created the platform after struggling to find entertainment their entire family could enjoy. As parents raising four children, Cara and Curtis struggled to find entertaining shows their entire family could enjoy together. They wanted programming without profanity, sexual content, or unexpected scenes, but finding it often required research and pre-screening.

After leaving Hollywood to focus on their family, Cara and Curtis recognized that other parents were likely facing the same dilemma. Instead of waiting for the entertainment industry to change, they created We The Studios.
We The Studios is a family-friendly streaming platform built around one consistent content standard. Its original shows and curated titles are selected so parents can feel comfortable watching alongside their children without constantly reaching for the remote.
The platform focuses especially on reality programming about real people, families, businesses, and everyday experiences. Original shows include Raising Reynolds, That Girl Lola, Super Influencer, and Mr Miami and Me.
Inspired by the words “We the People,” the name We The Studios reflects Cara and Curtis’s belief that ordinary people have stories worth sharing. Their goal is simple: to create entertaining television that brings families together.
What began as a need in their own home has grown into a streaming service made by a family, for families.
You can learn more about them by tuning into their show, XO, Curtis and Cara found only on We The Studios.
